We completed a full 5-acre land clearing and demolition project in Central Florida, transforming a heavily wooded property into a clean, build-ready site while preserving a natural tree buffer for privacy and aesthetic

Scope of Work

• Cleared approximately 5 acres of dense vegetation and trees
• Preserved a natural border of trees along the sides and rear of the property
• Demolished and removed:
  • A double-wide trailer
  • A large garage/workshop structure
• Grubbed and removed stumps, roots, and organic material
• Prepared the site for future development

⚠️ Project Challenges

This project required careful planning and experienced equipment operation due to several key challenges:

• Large roadside trees that required controlled removal to protect access and surrounding areas
• Subsurface rock conditions, with multiple areas containing large rocks beneath the soil
• Oversized tree stumps, which required extensive excavation and heavy equipment to fully remove
• Maintaining the tree buffer while clearing the interior acreage

 Debris Management & Removal

We used a combination of efficient and environmentally responsible methods to handle debris:

• On-site burning using an air curtain burner when conditions were safe and permitted
• Harvesting and hauling pine timber for removal
• Transporting remaining debris via semi dump trailers to approved disposal or recycling facilities
